Plant pots, which are part of Urban Planty, are made of eco-friendly materials such as jute or coconut. They both hold water for a longer period of time, thus giving more moisture to the soil as if it was regularly watered. The bottom of the pot is made of recycled plastic and functions as a water reservoir. It can be used for herbs, flowers, orchids and vegetables.

There are 4 elements that affect the plant's growth hormones, making the plant grow more quickly or more slowly: light, water, temperature and nutrients.
Excess water can easily drain to water reservoir keeping moisture at an ideal level for healthy plant growth. It helps to protect roots from rot, fungus and bacteria.
Coco coir has excellent water holding capacity while still promoting good drainage and aeration. It's thus giving more moisture to the soil as if it was regularly watered.
Air pruning capability results in healthier roots being able to provide more nutrients to the plant. When the plant roots reach the pot's edge its root tips are trapped by the porous fiber. When these root tips meet the air, they are naturally pruned. This pruning process forces lateral branching of roots and increases overall root mass throughout the media.
