1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please email us at info@urbanplanty.com with your order number before the 30-day period expires.
Return conditions
We can only accept returns of products that are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Used products cannot be returned, including products that have been assembled, tested, or had soil added.
How to return
- Email info@urbanplanty.com to receive return authorisation and shipping address.
- Ship the product within 14 days of receiving authorisation.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns shipped duty unpaid will be refused.
Refund processing
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days via the original payment method. Original shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@urbanplanty.com within 7 working days of delivery, including photographs documenting the issue. We will replace the product or provide a full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return your current order and place a new one.
Order cancellation before shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately and we will process the refund.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Where we ship
We currently ship to the following countries: Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, and Croatia.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping rates depend on the destination country and the weight of your order. Final shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

All prices include VAT. Free shipping is available on orders over €125 to Slovenia and Italy.
From time to time we may run promotional offers with reduced or free shipping on specific products. Active promotions are displayed on our homepage and product pages.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–2 business days from order confirmation
- Transit time: 3–7 business days within the EU
- Total expected delivery: 4–9 business days
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information to your email address. You can follow your shipment until it arrives.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for orders shipped to Slovenia and Italy only.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order. If your address needs to be updated after dispatch, re-shipment will require an additional fee.
Customs and import fees
For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties apply.
Damaged shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible, or contact us within 7 working days with photographs so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
3.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Urban Planty d.o.o. takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information.

3.4 NEOSERV.SI
Our store is hosted on NEOSERV.SI, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Neoserv.si’s data storage, databases and the general Neoserv.si application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
When you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Neoserv.si’ stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

3.5 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

3.6 SECURITY

OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US UNDER THE TERMS. FURTHER, NEITHER WE NOR OUR EMPLOYEES ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR OTHER DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COSTS OF COVER, DOWNTIME AND USER TIME, OR FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY RELATED TO THE PRODUCT. WE DO NOT WARRANT SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE APPLYING TO THE PRODUCT.
WE BOTH AGREE ABOUT THESE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, THAT SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIFIED OTHER DAMAGES, OR ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY, OR MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
4.15 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Urban Planty d.o.o. owns all right, title, and interest to all intellectual property and other proprietary rights to Product. You are prohibited from, and shall prevent any third party from, removing, covering, or altering any of our patent, copyright, or trademark notices placed upon, embedded in, or displayed or their packaging and related materials. We reserve all rights in the Product not specifically granted to you under these Terms.
Jute pot has been granted a design patent in the United States and European Union and URBAN PLANTY is a trademark pending for its registration, owned by Urban Planty d.o.o., and represents a valuable asset. Any improper use of Joan devices or unauthorized use of trademark for commercial purpose, regardless of the channel and media, will be deemed as infringement and enforced.
Nothing in these Terms shall require a transfer of any intellectual property rights, which shall remain vested with Urban Planty d.o.o..
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Products, except as authorized by the laws of the country in which they were obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Products may not be exported or re-exported in violation of export laws, including if applicable export or re-export into any US-embargoed countries, or to anyone on the US Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, or the US Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List. You represent that you are not located in any country or on any list where the provision of Products to you would violate applicable law. You also agree not to use or enable use of them for any purposes prohibited by applicable law or export or re-export any Product with the knowledge that it will be used in the design, development, or use of chemical, biological, nuclear, or ballistic weapons. Laws and regulations change frequently. It is your responsibility to know the law pertaining to export/import procedures in the country of destination of the Product. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless against any liability (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your failure to comply with the terms of this paragraph.
4.16 SEVERABILITY
